In this review of Modiac Associates Inc. we bring to you a an insurance Company that is located on the East Coast. Now that I think about it, this is the first time we have reviewed a company located on the eastern seaboard. It’s something that we have been meaning to do for a while now. WE just wanted to establish a good solid foundation around the West Coast since its where we are based. Modica Associates was established in 1961 and it has been family owned ever since. According to them, their Business Model is unlike our competition. We do not sell a commodity. We provide a service. A service that involves an honest and trustworthy partnership so as to provide our clients with the best value in insurance. I want to buy it, but it honestly just sounds like something every other company out there says. The way a company makes a distinction is not by the promises it makes, but by the quality of the work it puts out. Promises mean absolutely nothing, because at the end of the day it’s all about the money. That goes for any business. Why? Well, because businesses aren’t charity groups. They want your money.

Modica Associates Inc. Review: Services & Distinction

In reviewing Modica Associates Inc., i found that they focus heavily on three different types of insurance. Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, and Brownstone Insurance. If you go on there website, there is a section for each one. While I’m sure they can help you with any kind of insurance, they really focus on these core groups. Which is something that I really like to see in a company. It says that they have focus, and their company serves a particular purpose. Unlike most company that say they can help with everything, and you are just so overwhelmed that you don’t even know where to start.

How does  Modica Associates Inc. differ from any old insurance company? Well, like I mentioned before, they offer Brownstone Insurance services. They specialize in insuring the Brick and Brownstone homes typical of South Brooklyn. If you’re even half intelligible, you’ll know that brick brownstone homes are fairly common the East Coast, especially in New York.  This says to me that they are really trying to service a particular community of people. In my opinion, this is the kind of company that you want to be dealing with. A company that is specific to an area, and knows it well. It gives them a greater understanding of the kind of things the community needs. So what are the customers saying?

Modica Associates Inc. Review: Testimonials

In reviewing Modica Associates Inc., I found that most of the testimonials were negative. I know that they’ve recieved praise from websites like bbb.org, but it simply doesn’t add up. Here’s what folks are saying about Modica Associates Inc. One consumer wrote, “Do not bother with this insurance middleman.
In this digital age there are now websites with smart interfaces that allow you to handle claims and billing directly with the insurer yourself, saving you time and money. If you have a computer, go that route. It will not only save you money, it will save you time, stress, and clear up miscommunications. You might think, as I once did, that having a rep in the neighborhood might be useful when dealing with your insurance company. That dealing with a person face to face would be more expeditious. But that has not been the case with Modica. When a simple billing problem snowballed, this agency made matters worse rather than better by telling me things were taken care of, when they weren’t. It started when I moved. Despite the change of address, renewal notices were coming to the new house while bills were still going to the old house. Late fees were compiling. In the end, to avoid a stain on my credit I had to contact the insurer — Travelers — myself to get the issue resolved. Which they did in exactly five minutes. No more middle man. Next time, I go with the Gekko.”

I’ll be completely honest with you guys. It’s a little disconcerting that the Better Business Bureau is giving A+ ratings to companies that only have one review on-line. On top of that, it’s a negative review. It certainly makes me question what going on at The Better Business Bureau. I’ve seen companies like this with A+ ratings and companies that have many positive reviews with B’s or C’s. Sometimes they are not even considered for ratings. You would be astounded by the amount of companies on their site that haven’t gotten their dues. It sort of makes me think that their sit is being run by a bunch of monkeys. Who knows what’s really going on.

Modiac Associates Inc. Review: Conclusion

Can We Recommend That you use the services offered by Modica Associates Inc.? I’m honestly not entirely sure. I certainly would like, but there’s not enough evidence that would allow me to feel comfortable to make that recommendation. I know that the Better Business Bureau would certainly recommend them. They do so without proper evidence of their credibility. I would say it’s safe to look into this company, but I personally would not use their services. There’s simply not enough credibility. Plus, it’s New York. You can find a company that will probably be able to help you in the same way that Modica Associates Inc. would have.  In this review of Modica Associates Inc., the CFRB gives this company 2 stars simply because we can’t seem to pinpoint anything regarding this company.
